Team Registration

THIS REGISTRATION PROCESS SHOULD NOT BE EXECUTED UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY JAGS AND HAVE PAID FOR A CARDING PACKET. You may want to print out these instructions for reference as you step through the process.

Team Registration for JAGS team management is now being done through the imsportz.com website. We have partnered with imsportz to allow of our teams and players to communicate with JAGS and with each other using this website which has been developed for team sports. IMPORTANT : Entry to the information for JAGS contained on imsportz.com should ALWAYS be through the JAGS website under Teams/Age Groups. Please note that this registration process is separate from the gotsoccer registration, which is a NJYS State requirement.

Carding/Registration Yearly Cost

In-state Teams carding through JAGS (packet included):
U-8 to U-14 : $300.00
U-15 to U-19 : $300.00
U-16 and older are required to post an additional $250 bond

Out-of-State Teams and/or Teams carding through another league :
All Age Groups Fall Season : $150.00
All Age Groups Spring Season : $150.00

To register for JAGS using imsportz.com, please complete the following steps:

Register yourself and your team on imsportz

Notes: (1) If you are an existing team on imSportz from a previous JAGS season, please go directly to the step below entitled "Apply to the JAGS League". (2) If you previously created a team and need to update it prior to application, log in to imSportz and your profile should display a link to your team, or click on Teams/My Teams, or use the search box to locate your team.

  1. If you don't have a login to imsportz, go to imsportz.com/register.php  (a separate browser window will open) and register your user id. Please make sure to fill out as much information as possible, particularly your name, address, email, home phone, and cell phone. Note: Different login ids are not required for separate teams. One user id can manage multiple teams.
  2. Log onto imsportz using your id and password and click on the Create Team button.  Now create your team. The team name MUST include the Club name followed by the team name (e.g. "Hibernian Express") and should match the name registered with gotsoccer.com
  3. Make sure to fill in your role as Manager, Coach, or Team Parent.
  4. Click OK.

You now are a imsportz member and you have your own team.

Add another Coach or Manager to your Team

Note: In order for the application to be accepted, both a Manager and Coach entry are required and must have a cell phone and email address completed. Otherwise, during the application process below, you will receive an error message.

  1. Click on Roster button, and add another contact (Coach, Manager, etc.).  Again, please make sure to add as much information as possible, as above. Note: Listing the players in the roster is not required by JAGS.
  2. Click Add Button.

You've now added another member to your team.  They will also receive an invitation to imsportz.com.

Apply to the JAGS League

  1. Go to http://imsportz.com/league-12. (Either a separate browser window will open or your current imSportz browser window will refresh.)  You'll see a list of the Age Groups in JAGS in the imSportz browser window.  
  2. Click on the Apply to League button. 
  3. Choose the team and appropriate Age Group (required). Fill out any remaining information.
  4. If you've filled out all the necessary fields, you will receive a thank you message and your request will now be forwarded to the league administrator.  If not, an error message will be presented and you will be given instructions to fill out the remaining information. In order for the application to be accepted, both a Manager and Coach entry are required and must have a cell phone and email address completed.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved you will receive a message from imSportz.

If you are not receiving emails from imSportz for activities you have performed, please check your spam folder and mark emails coming from imSportz as "not spam".

Go to Teams/Age Groups to see contact and schedule information for your Age Group.
