ESSAY: (to be written by applicant) Brief one to two pages on how your experiences in competitive soccer will benefit you in college and later in life. You may add any additional information in this essay that you would like the scholarship committee to know about you.

Submit three (3) letters of recommendations (only one from a soccer coach of your choice).
